| 摘 要： | 目的观察不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者窦性心率震荡(HRT)的变化及比索洛尔对HRT的影响。方法选择有室性早搏的UAP患者60例,及健康对照60例进行24 h动态心电图(DCG)检查,分别对震荡初始(TO)、震荡斜率(TS)进行分析,UAP组患者每日服用比索洛尔4周后复查DCG及TO、TS。结果UAP组与对照组比较,TO明显升高,TS明显降低;UAP患者恶性室性心律失常组与非恶性室性心律失常组对比,TO升高、TS下降;UAP患者服用比索洛尔前后对比,TO降低、TS增加,HRT明显改善。结论UAP组HRT明显异常,HRT异常可作为预测UAP恶性室性心律失常发生及判断预后的重要指标,比索洛尔能减少室性心律失常的发生率,改善HRT。
