| 摘 要： | 血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是一种与肿瘤关系最为密切的血管生成因子。VEGF对肺癌组织的生长和扩散有重要影响。p53是一种重要的抑癌基因。已有研究表明,野生型p53可以抑制VEGF的表达,并通过旁观效应抑制肿瘤的生长和转移,而突变型p53则可以上调VEGF的表达,促进血管生成并促进肿瘤的生长和转移,但也有相反的报道。本文就VEGF、p53蛋白与肺癌关系研究的进展简要综述。

| Abstract: | Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) is a factor of angiogenesis closely associated with tumor.VEGF has an important effects on growth and metastasis of lung cancer tissues.p53 is an important anti-oncogen.Studies showed that p53 of wild type could inhibit the expression of VEGF as well as inhibit the growth and metastasis of tumors by looking on effects.but mutant p53 could up-regulate the expression of VEGF and promote vascularization as well as the growth and metastasis of tumor.At the same time reverse conclusion was reported.The article is a review about advances in researching the relationship among VEGF、p53 and lung cancer. |
