摘    要:目的:本研究旨在探讨转录因子E2F3在大肠正常组织、大肠腺瘤组织及大肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测E2F3在大肠正常黏膜、大肠腺瘤及大肠癌中的表达情况。结果:大肠癌组、大肠腺瘤组E2F3的表达率均明显高于正常组(57.5%,30%vs 0,P〈0.01),E2F3的表达率在肠癌组与腺瘤组间比较差别有显著性(P〈0.05)。E2F3表达水平同肿瘤的分化程度呈负相关,与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及Dukes分期呈正相关,与患者的年龄及性别均无相关性。结论:E2F3在大肠癌的发生发展中起促癌基因作用。E2F3的检测有助于大肠癌的早期诊断和分期,可为大肠癌的治疗提供基础理论资料及新的作用靶点。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of E2F3 in human colorectal carcinoma, colorectal adenoma and normal tissue. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the E2F3 expression in 40 cases of human colorectal carcinoma tissue, 20 cases of colorectal adenoma tissue and 20 cases of normal eolorectal tissue. Results: The positive expression rate of E2F3 in the colorectal carcinoma tissue was 57. 5 %. The positive expression rate of E2F3 in the colorectal adenoma tissue was 30 %. The positive expression rate of E2F3 in the normal colorecta| tissue was 0. There was a significant difference in the positive expression rate of E2F3 between the colorectal carcinoma tissue and colorectal adenoma tissue (P〈 0.05) and between the adenoma tissue and normal tissue (P 〈 0.01). The E2F3 expression in the colorectal carcinoma tissue was negatively correlated with its differentiation grade, but the E2F3 expression in the colorectal carcinoma tissue was positively correlated with the lymph node metastasis, the depth of invasion and the Dukes stage. Conclusion: The E2F3 overexpression is correlated with the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma.
