| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床意义和价值。方法 76例乳腺癌改良根治术中,保留肋间臂神经35例,切除肋间臂神经41例。术后对患者上臂内侧及腋窝感觉功能进行随访观察。结果随访2年患者均未发现肿瘤复发及转移。保留肋间臂神经的35例患者和切除肋间臂神经的41例患者,对比术后1月,3月,12月时术侧上臂及腋窝感觉异常发生率,保留组明显低于切除组。结论在早期乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经可明显降低术侧上臂及腋窝感觉异常的发生率,提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of preservation of intercostobrachial nerve（ICBN） in modified radical mastectomy（MRM） for breast cancer.Method 76 MRM patients were randomly divided into preservation of ICBN group（35 cases）,and resection of ICBN group（41 cases）,to examine the percentage of kakesthesia on upper arm and axillary skin in both groups.Results The percentage of kakesthesia on upper arm and axillary skin in the preservation group was lower than in the resection group.Conclusion Preservation of intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomyfor breast cancer could decrease the kakesthesia on upper arm and axillary skin,and improve the postoperative life quality of the patients. |
