| 摘 要： | 目的：测定防已黄芪颗粒剂中防已诺林碱，粉防已碱的含量，方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，结果：防已黄芪颗粒剂中已诺林碱，粉防已碱的含量，平均加样回收率分别已诺林碱：98．2％，RSD0．84％，粉防已碱：96．9％，RSD为1．45％，结论：本法简单，灵敏，结果可靠，可作为防已黄芪颗粒剂质量控制的定量方法。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the content of fangchinoline and tetrandrine in Fangji Huangqi Granule. METHOD Reversed-phase HPLC method was used. RESULT The content of fangchinoline and tetrandrine and the average recovery rates were 98.2%, 0.84% and 96.9%, 1.45% respectively. CONCLUSION This method is simple and flexible with reliable results, and therefore can serve as the quantitative method for the quality control of Fangji Huangqi Granule. |
