KUS内固定治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折64例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨应用KUS股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法：将我院收治的128例老年股骨转子间骨折患者按治疗方法随机分为观察组和对照组,各64例,观察组采用股骨近端锁定钢板（KUS）术式,对照组采用动力髋螺钉（DHS）术式,比较两组手术临床疗效。结果：观察组术后髋关节活动时间、术后下床活动时间,骨痂生成时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组手术疗效优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在老年患者股骨转子间骨折手术中,KUS内固定具有固定可靠、创伤小、对骨折端血运影响小,宜作为老年患者股骨转子间骨折内固定首选方案。

Clinical observation of treating 64 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures by KUS fixation

Objective: To explore the effect of proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment for senile intertrochanteric fracture.Methods: 128cases of older patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with operation,in which 64 cases treated with proximal femoral locking plate fixation,the other 64 cases with DHS fixation.Surgery were compared analyzed between the two groups.Results: KUS group time of postoperative hip joint,postoperative ambulation time,callus formation time are shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Surgery rate was higher quality in KUS group than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: In elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures,KUS fixation with a fixed,reliable,trauma,little effect on fracture blood supply,elderly patients should prefer KUS intertrochanteric fracture fixation.
