基于正常人经穴脏腑相关的临床研究情况分析

目的:探讨正常人的经穴-脏腑相关研究情况.方法:本文查阅CNKI数据库和PubMed数据库,对近50年来关于正常人的经穴脏腑相关研究情况进行了系统回顾.结果:发现健康人的经穴-脏腑间确实存在相关性,并且同一穴位在不同时辰对相应的脏腑的调节效应不同.同时对该研究的意义、目前存在的问题和未来研究思路做了初步分析.结论:健康人的经穴-脏腑相关研究值得考虑,可结合针刺效应的影响因素进行观测.

Analysis of the Clinical Researches on the Correlation between Channel Points and Zang-fu Organs in Healthy Persons

Objective:To study the fact of the correlation between channel points and Zang-fu organs in healthy persons.Methods:The paper referred to the database of CNKI and PubMed,and systematically reviewed the publications in the past 50 years about the researches concerning the correlation between channel points and Zang-fu organs in healthy persons.Results:It showed the associativity really existed between channel points and Zang-fu organs,and the same acupoint in different hours could make the different effects on the corresponding Zang-fu.Meanwhile,it made a preliminary analysis of its significance,existing problems and future research suggestions.Conclusion:It is valuable to think of studying the correlation between channel points and Zang-fu organs in healthy persons,and it can be observed with the influential factors of acupuncture.
