赤土茯苓苷对大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用

摘    要:目的:研究赤土茯苓苷(Smiglabrin,Smi)对大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:采用结扎冠脉造成大鼠心有缺血的模型,测量大鼠心肌梗塞面积、心电图(ECG)S-T段抬高幅度,测定心肌组织中SOD,CPK,MDA和FFA的活性和含量。结果:结扎冠脉后,心肌中SOD,CPK活性降低,MDA,FFA含量升高,心电图表现为S-T段升高,预先给予大白鼠大剂量Smi100mg/kg和小剂量Smi50mg/k

Abstract:Objective: The aim of the present study was to investigate protective effects of Smiglabrin (Smi) in acute myocardial infarction rats. Methods: Myocardial ischemia model was made ligating the left coronary artery of rats. The area of infarction and S T segment in ECG were observed, SOD and CPK activities, MDA and FFA contents were measured. Results: After the left coronary artery of rat was ligated, the activities of SOD and CPK were decreased, the concentrations of MDA and FFA were increased, S T segment in ECG was elevated, But if rats were administrated before experiment by Smi 50 mg/kg. d=7, 100 mg/kg. d=7,ip the amplitude of S T segment elevation was decreased, the area of infarction was reduced, the activities of SOD and CPK were increased, the concentrations of MDA and FFA were decreased. Conclusions: Smi may enhance the SOD and CPK activities, inhibite the MDA and FFA formation, to protect the ischemia myocardium by ligating the left coronary artery.
