摘    要:目的:探讨骆驼蓬种子中去氢骆驼蓬碱和骆驼蓬碱的提取工艺。方法:采用第一煎先用一定pH值的酸水,继以一定pH值的碱水提取,以两种生物碱的提取率为指标,按正交试验设计,分别以荧分光光度法和差示分光光度法定量,考察了pH、浸泡时间和加热时间对提取率的影响。结果:第一煎用pH2或pH4的酸水溶液浸泡40min,煎60min,第二煎用pH10的碱水溶液浸泡20min,煎60min。结论:此法提取简便、经济,可作为制备中药口服制剂的方法之一。

Abstract:Objective: To examine the technology for harmine and harmaline from the seeds of pegamun harmala. Method: The alkaloids were extracted with an acid water firstly and then alkaline water continuously. The pH value,soaking time and heating time were examined by means of orthogonal experimental design,harmine and harmaline were detected by fluorospectrometry and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: The samples were soaked in water with pH 2(or pH 4) for 40 min and boiled for 60 min and then the residuals for 20 min and 60 min. Conclusion: It can be used as one of the methods of preparing the oral formulation form of medicial herbs which is simple and economical.
