| 摘 要： | 目的:研究病炎清7号方治疗虚寒性支原体肺炎的临床疗效.方法:采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对肺炎患者进行支原体IgA、IgG检测,将筛查阳性并辨证属虚寒的72例肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予病炎情7号方治疗.结果:治疗组有效率为95%,对照组有效率为78.1%.结论:病炎清7号方治疗虚寒性支原体肺炎疗效显著. |

| Abstract: | objectives:to evaluate the clinic effect of bingyanqing7hao(BYQ7H)on mycoplasmal pneumonia.mothod:the present patient of infection was investigated by ELISA for IGA and IGG A total of 72 case was randomized into treatment growp and control group with IGA or IGG positive and splenogastric deficiency.the treatment group was received BYQ 7H compared with control group receiving usual care.Result:the effective rate of treatment group reached 95%.It had significaned difference with 78.1% ( P < 0.05 ).conclusion:the clinic effect is significant of bingyanqing7hao on mycoplasmal pneumonia with splenogastric deficiency. |
