阿托伐他汀对原发性高血压伴阵发性心房颤动的干预作用

目的探讨阿托伐他汀对原发性高血压伴阵发性心房颤动（简称房颤）的干预作用。方法原发性高血压伴阵发性房颤患者79例,随机分为治疗组（n=39）和对照组（n=40）。恢复窦性心律后2组患者均口服阿司匹林、胺碘酮、苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,治疗组加用阿托伐他汀20 mg/d,治疗随访12个月。观察2组治疗前后血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平、左心房内径（LAD）的变化及房颤复发率。结果治疗后治疗组血清hs-CRP较对照组明显降低（P〈0.01）,LAD小于对照组（P〈0.01）,房颤复发率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论长期服用阿托伐他汀可以降低血清hs-CRP水平,抑制炎症反应,减少原发性高血压伴阵发性房颤患者房颤的复发。

A study on the intervention effect of atorvastatin on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients with essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the intervention effect of atorvastatin on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 79 patients with essential hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were randomized into two groups： treatment group（n=39） and control group（n=40）.Patients in both groups received oral administration of aspirin,amiodarone and levamlodipine besylate after returning to sinus rhythm.Atorvastatin 20 mg/d was given in the treatment group.All patients were followed up for 12 months.The changes of serum high-sensitivity C-reaction protein（hs-CRP）,left atrium diameter（LAD） and relapse rate of atrial fibrillation before and after the treatment were compared.Results The levels of serum hs-CRP and LAD were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.01）.Relapse rate of atrial fibrillation was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions Long-term administration of atorvastatin may decrease the level of serum hs-CRP,inhibit the inflammatory reaction and reduce the relapse rate of atrial fibrillation in patients with essential hypertension.
