| 摘 要： | 痰浊与瘀血皆为气血津液代谢异常而致，在生理上津血同源，在病理上痰瘀交结，变化多端。李军教授认为痰瘀为眩晕的基础病机，在辨证时，要识别痰瘀的主要特征，辨明痰瘀的主次轻重、兼夹证候，在其治疗中应重视从痰瘀论治。
