| 摘 要： | 本文分析了急性心肌梗死682例中确诊为急性正后壁心肌梗死的住院患者56例，提出急性正后壁心肌梗死的心电图有五个特征、认为临床典型心绞痛症状出现＞30分钟或非典型心绞痛伴有大汗、恶心、呕吐者加上五个心电图特征的任何两个可考虑为急性正后壁心肌梗死。具备的特征越多，临床诊断的可靠性越大。

| Abstract: | Fifty-six cases of direct posterior acute myocardial infarction diagnosed in 682 cases ofacute Inyocarclial infarction were analyzed. The results indicated that there were five fea-tures of ECG of in direct posterior AMI. The patients who showed typical angina symptom over 30 minutes or non-typical angina with profuse perspiration, nausea, or vomiting in addition to ally two of the five ECG featunes were considered direct posterior AMI and themore the features, the greater the reliability. |
