冠心病和原发性高血压患者血脂、血糖和尿酸检测分析

摘    要:目的探讨高脂血症、高糖血症、高尿酸血症等心血管疾病危险因素与冠心病和高血压病的相关关系。方法用O-lympus AU 400全自动生化分析仪检测127例冠心病、89例原发性高血压和106例冠心病与原发性高血压并存患者及120例健康对照者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血糖(Glu)和尿酸(UA)浓度。结果冠心病、原发性高血压、冠心病与原发性高血压并存患者TC、TG、LDL-C、Glu和UA水平均明显比健康对照组高(F=7.32~22.59,P<0.05),而HDL-C却比对照组低(F=8.33,P<0.01)。高胆固醇血症、高甘油三脂血症、高糖血症和高尿酸血症4种心血管疾病危险因素累积在冠心病、原发性高血压和冠心病与原发性高血压并存患者的检出率分别为52.73%、46.07%和58.49%。结论高脂血症、高糖血症和高尿酸血症与冠心病和原发性高血压之间存在密切联系,脂代谢紊乱、糖尿病和高尿酸血症交互影响,促进心血管疾病的发生和发展。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between hyperlipoidemia,hyperglycemia,hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease as well as hypertension.Methods The serum concentrations of total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),glucose(Glu) and uric acid(UA) in 127 cases of coronary heart disease,89 cases of hypertension,106 cases of coronary heart disease complicated by hypertension and 120 healthy subjects were measured by Olympus AU 400 automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results The patients with coronary heart disease,hypertension and coronary heart disease complicated by hypertension had strongly higher levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,Glu and UA compared with the controls(P<0.01).However,the concentration of HDL-C in the patients with coronary heart disease,hypertension and coronary heart disease concomitance hypertension groups were obviously lower than that healthy subjects(F=8.33,P<0.01).The accumulated detection rates of hypercholesterolemia,hypertriglyceridemia,hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia were 52.73% for coronary heart disease group,46.07% for hypertension group and 58.49% for coronary heart disease concomitance hypertension group,respectively.Conclusion Not only coronary heart disease but also hypertension,has close relationship with hyperlipoidemia,hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia.The interactions of lipoid metabolic disorder,diabetes mellitus and hyperuricemia would promote the production and development of cardiovascular diseases.
