成人EB病毒感染的临床特点及治疗（附68例报告）

目的探讨成人EB病毒感染患者的临床特点及有效治疗方法。方法回顾性分析68例成人EB病毒感染患者抗病毒、保肝及配合中药辨证治疗前后的临床表现及EB病毒抗体（EBV-EAIgG及EBV-CAIgG）、肝功能的变化,比较成人EB病毒感染与儿童感染临床特点的差异并观察其临床治疗效果。结果成人EB病毒感染临床主要表现为发热、皮疹、消化道症状和肝功能异常;大部分患者抗病毒及保肝治疗效果良好,EBV-EAIgG、EBV-CAIgG、EB病毒DNA检测均由阳性转为阴性,治疗前后肝脏酶学变化有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。但个别患者常规保肝治疗效果不佳。结论成人EB病毒感染的临床表现与儿童感染不同,无传染性单核细胞增多症;应用利巴韦林抗病毒加中药辨证治疗能较快改善患者临床症状及肝脏功能,缩短病程。

Clinical features and treatment of 68 cases with EB virus infection in adult

Objective To probe into clinical features and effective therapy methods of patients with EB virus infection in adult.Methods 68 cases of patients in adult suffering from infection with EB virus were treated with anti-virus,liver protection and Chinese medicine.Around therapy,the clinical manifestations,the changing of EBV-EAIgG,EBV-CAIgG and liver function of 68 cases were analyzed retrospectively,the difference of clinical features in both infected adult and those in minor were compared,and clinical outcomes of them were observed.Results Infection with EB virus in adult featured by fever,rash,gastrointestinal symptoms and abnormal liver function.Good effects were gained in most patients by the therapy of anti-virus and liver protection.After treatment,the detections of EBV-EAIgG,EBV-CAIgG and EB virus of patients were negative,the changes of liver function had statistics difference（P0.05）.However,regulatory liver protection therapy didn＇t work in only a few patients.Conclusions The clinical manifestations of infection with EB virus in adult is different from those in minor,and there′s no infections mononucleosis in the adult infected with EB virus.The method of the joint of anti-virus by ribavirin and Chinese dialectical treatment could improve the clinical symptoms of patients and their liver function rapidly,even also shorten the course of disease.
