灵芝孢子对2型糖尿病大鼠脑细胞线粒体Ca2+的影响

摘    要:目的 观察2型糖尿病大鼠脑细胞线粒体Ca^2+变化,从而探讨灵芝孢子对上述指标的影响。方法用链尿佐菌素复制糖尿病大鼠模型.观察灵芝孢子对糖尿病大鼠细胞线粒体Ca^2+的影响。结果模型组脑细胞线粒体Ca^2+显著高于正常组和灵芝组(P〈0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论Ca^2+参与脑细胞损伤。灵芝孢子粉对糖尿病大鼠脑组织具有保护作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE We observed the change of mitochondrial calcium in brain cell of NIDDM rats.And approached the effects of the spores of Ganoderma lucidum on the above mentioned indexes. METHODS The rat model of NIDDM was cstablished by using STZ. The effects of the spores of Ganoderma lucidum on mitochondrial calcium in brain cell of NIDDM rats were observed. RESULTS the NIDDM model was preparated successfully,In model group,the level of mitochondrial calcium were higher (P<0.05),commpared with the normal and ganoderma proup. CONCLUSION calcium ion participated damage in brain cell. The spores of Ganoderma lucidum can protecte brain of NIDDM rats.
