摘    要:用聚含酶链反应(PCR)技术检测73份置宫内节育器(IUD)诱发出血人群及50例置IUD后月经周期正常人群的子宫内膜病毒分离培养物中的HCMV—DNA,有9份为HCMV—DNA 阳性,其中8份是病毒分离阳性,用细胞学鉴定及单克隆抗体鉴定为HCMV,有1份为病毒分离阴性,而PCR检测为阳性.

Abstract:HCMV - DNA was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) from viral culture with endometri-um of 73 endometrial blooding women asseciated with intrauterine device (TUD.) and 50 normal menstruation women with IUD. Nine casses werepositive HCMV - DNA, and eight from nine cases were turned out to be HCMV through cytologic and monoclone antibody (McAb). Remaining isolation - negative one case was positive PCR.
