糖尿病视网膜病变FGF、EGF、TNF水平及其临床意义

用放射免疫法对20例糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者、20例糖尿病眼底正常者(DM)和20名健康者(C组)进行了成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)、上皮细胞生长因子(EGF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的测定。结果表明：DM组和DR组的FGF、EGF和TNF均高于C组(P<0.05～0.01)；单纯型DR与DM组的FGF、EGF和TNF差异无显著性；增殖型DR的FGF、EGF和TNF显著高于单纯型组，FGF、EGF和TNF有随着DR的进展而逐渐升高的趋势。提示DR的发生、发展与FGF、EGF和TNF升高有关。 (中华眼底病杂志，1995，11：232-234）

CLINICAL STUDY ON FGF,EGF AND TNF LEVELS IN DIABETIC RETINOPATHY

The flbroblast growth factor(FGF),epithelium growth factor(EGF)and tumornecrosis factor(TNF)levels. have been measured in 20 NIDDM patients with retinopathy(DRgroup),20 NDDM patients without retinopathy(DM group)and normal subjects(C group)respec-tively.The results revealed that the mean levels of FGF,EGF and TVF were significantly higher inboth DR and DM groups than those in group C. The mean of FGF,EGF and TNFwas significantlyhigher in DR group than the mean in DM group,The mean of FGF,EGF and TNF in backgroundDR was not significantly different from that of DM group.The mean of FGF,EGF and TNF wassignificantly higher in proliferative type DR than the mean in background DR. These results, suggestthat the increase of FGF EGF and TNF related to long term hypergiycemia may play an importantrole in the development of diabetic retinopathy.
