| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定复方达克罗宁软膏中主药含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为兰博C18,流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(55:43:1:0.5),流速为1.0mL.min-1,进样量为20μL,检测波长为279nm。结果:盐酸达克罗宁检测浓度的线性范围为10.43～62.58μg.mL-1(r=0.9997);平均加样回收率为98.52%,RSD=0.93%。结论:本方法简单、快速、有效,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of dyclonine hydrochloride in compound dyclonine ointment by RPHPLC. METHODS： The chromatographic separation was performed on Lanbo C18 with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- water- glacial acetic acid - triethylamine （55 ： 43 ： 1 ： 0.5） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL . min^ -1. The sample size was 20 μL and the wavelength was set at 279 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of dyclonine hydrochloride was 10.43-62.58 μg . mL^-1（r = 0.999 7） with an average recovery rate of 98.52% （RSD = 0.93%）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, rapid and effective, and it can be used for the quality control of compound dyclonine ointment. |
