护士心理健康状况调查研究

目的了解护士的心理健康状况。方法采用SCL-90、SAS和SDS对314名护士的心理健康状况进行调查分析。结果护士心理问题的发生率为33.44%，主要的心理问题为：强迫、焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感、偏执等。中度以上焦虑和抑郁的发生率分别为5.41%和4.14%。结论护士具有较高的心理问题发生率，应引起卫生有关部门的重视，并给予心理干预。

The Investigation research on mental health conditions of nurses

Objective To study the mental health conditions of nurses .Methods Interviewed 314 nurses by SCL-90,SAD and SDS. Results The incidence rate of nurses mental problems was 33.44%, The majority of mental problems included obsessive -compulsion, anxiety, depression, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoia and hostile and so on. The incidence rate of nurses in middle upwards degree anxiety and depression were 5.41% and 4.14%.Conclusions The incidence rate of mental problem of nurses is poorer than that of the general population, The mechanism of health must be considered in mental health and gave psychological intervention to nurses.
