Abstract:With the persisting development of the medical imaging technique,the neuroimaging has played more important role in diagnosis.In recent years,extensive attentions have been attracted on the CT and MRI technology study of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI).Research has found white matter changes and brain atropy were universal in VCI patients,and the severity and location of the changes which are closely related to the clinical manifestation of VCI patients.Therefore,this article will mainly discuss the CT and MRI findings in the investigation of VCI.
