深刺颧髎穴治疗假性球麻痹的临床研究

目的观察深刺双侧颧髎穴治疗假性球麻痹的临床效果,并探讨其作用机制。方法将假性球麻痹患者60例随机分为治疗组（深刺双侧颧髎穴组）和对照组（常规针刺组）,治疗1个疗程后,观察其吞咽困难和构音障碍改善情况,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组中痊愈6例,显效18例,有效3例,无效3例,愈显率为80.0%,对照组中痊愈2例,显效7例,有效18例,无效3例,愈显率为30.0%,两组的愈显率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论深刺双侧颧髎穴治疗假性球麻痹的效果优于常规针刺法,对患者吞咽困难和构音障碍的改善见效快、效果显著。

Clinical research of deep needing Quanliao acupoint treating pseudobulbar paralysis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the deep needing bilateral Quanliao acupoint treating pseudobulbar paralysis,and to explore mechanism of action of the method. Methods 60 patients with pseudobulbar paralysis were randomly divided into the treatment group（the deep needing bilateral Quanliao acupoint group） and the control group（the routine acupuncture group）,after 1 course of treatment,the improvement of dysphagia and dysarthria was observed,the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results 6 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,the good improvement rate of the treatment group was 80.0%,while 2 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective in the control group,the good improvement rate of the control group was 30.0%,and there was a statistical difference of the good improvement rate in the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of deep needing bilateral Quanliao acupoint treating pseudobulbar paralysis is better than the routine acupuncture,and it improve the dysphagia and dysarthria of patients quickly,the effect is remarkable.
