静脉注射蔗糖铁与口服多糖铁复合物对肾性贫血患者的临床疗效观察

目的探讨静脉注射蔗糖铁与口服多糖铁复合物对肾性贫血患者的临床疗效。方法选取本院2011年10月-2013年12月诊治的肾性贫血患者112例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,56例患者口服多糖铁复合物为对照组,56例患者静脉注射蔗糖铁为观察组,疗程8周,比较两组相关观察指标、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后的血红蛋白、血细胞比容、血清铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度均高于治疗前（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后的血红蛋白、血细胞比容、血清铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率（98.2%）明显高于对照组（87.5%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率（3.6%）明显低于对照组（17.9%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论静脉注射蔗糖铁与口服多糖铁复合物均是治疗肾性贫血的有效方法,其中静脉注射蔗糖铁的治疗效果更佳,可明显改善患者的多项临床指标,显著提高患者的临床治疗效果,不良反应少,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of intravenous iron sucrose and oral polysaccharide iron compound on patients with renal anemia

Objective To investigate clinical effect of intravenous iron sucrose and oral polysaccharide iron compound on patients with renal anemia. Methods 112 patients with renal anemia in our hospital from October 2011 to December2013 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.56 patients with oral polysaccharide iron compound as control group,56 patients with intravenous iron sucrose as observation group,treatment for 8 weeks.The related indexes,clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reaction in two groups were compared. Results After treatment,hemoglobin,hematocrit,serum ferritin,transferrin saturation in two groups was higher than that before treatment respectively（P〈0.05）.After treatment,hemoglobin,hematocrit,serum ferritin,transferrin saturation in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Total effective rate of observation group（98.2%）significantly higher than that of control group（87.5%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group（3.6%）significantly lower than that in control group（17.9%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous iron sucrose and oral polysaccharide iron compound are effective methods in the treatment of renal anemia.The treatment effect of intravenous iron sucrose is better.It can significantly improve multiple clinical indices in patients,significantly improve clinical effect of patients,has few adverse reactions and high safety,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
