疼痛专科护士培养的必要性及效果分析

目的探讨疼痛专科护士培养的必要性,并分析其临床效果。方法选择41名护理人员进行疼痛护士专科培训,比较干预前后疼痛相关理论知识和疼痛相关实际操作能力得分。结果干预后护理人员的疼痛相关理论知识、疼痛评价方法和药物使用原则得分显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预后护理人员的疼痛治疗方法、缓解疼痛操作和用药方法得分显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对护理人员进行疼痛专科培训,能显著提高其对疼痛理论和实践操作的能力,值得临床推广应用。

The necessity and effect analysis of pain specialist nurse training

Objective To explore the necessity of pain specialist nurse training and the clinical effect of it. Methods41 nursing staff were trained with nurse specialist of pain.The score of pain-related theoretical knowledge and actual operation ability before and after intervention was compared. Results The score of pain-related knowledge of pain,pain assessment method and drug use principle after intervention was higher than before intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of pain treatment,pain relief operation and medication method after intervention was higher than before intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pain specialist nurse training can significantly improve the ability of pain theory and practical operation,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
