磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在早期诊断视神经损伤中的应用价值研究

摘    要:目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在早期诊断视神经损伤中的应用价值。方法选取46例颅脑损伤引发的视神经损伤患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组与实验组。对照组23例患者使用CT诊断,实验组使用SWI技术进行诊断。比较两组的检出率,后与临床手术病理结果进行对比,验证准确率。结果对照组的检出率为82.6%,观察组为95.7%,实验组的检出率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。经手术病理结果证实,对照组诊断准确率为57.9%,实验组为95.5%,实验组的诊断准确率明显更高(P〈0.05)。结论 SWI对视神经损伤患者的早期诊断具有良好的应用价值,但存在一定局限性。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the application value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) in early diagnosis of optic nerve injury. Methods 46 patients with optic nerve damage caused by craniocerebral injury were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly into the experimental group and control group.23 patients in the control group was given CT to diagnose and the experimental group was given SWI.And then,compared with the clinical surgical pathology results after the detection rate of the two groups being compared to verify accuracy of the two methods. Results Detection rate of the control group was 82.6%,the experimental group was 95.7%,the detection rate of experimental group was higher,but there was no statistical difference of the detection rate in the two groups(P〉0.05).Confirmed by the result of surgical pathology,diagnostic accuracy rate of the control group was 57.9%,the experimental group was95.5%,and diagnostic accuracy rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion SWI has a good value for the early diagnosis of patients with optic nerve damage, but there are some limitations.
