品管圈活动在手术安全核查管理中的应用效果

目的探讨品管圈在手术安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年3-12月随机抽查的200例手术者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,各100例。观察组实施品管圈活动,对照组未实施品管圈活动,比较两组的安全核查执行合格率及满意率情况。结果对照组的手术三方安全核查不规范行为共发生39例次,合格率为61.0%,观察组的手术三方安全核查无不规范行为发生,合格率为100.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的住院和出院患者满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的护理技术、服务态度、健康教育满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论将品管圈活动应用到手术安全核查管理中效果显著,不仅提高了手术安全核查正确执行合格率,同时也增强了护理人员参与护理管理的团队意识,能够更好地保证手术安全。

Application effect of quality control circle activity in the operation management of the security check

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity in the operation management of the security check. Methods 200 cases with operation from March 2013 to December in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,100 cases in each group.The observation group was given quality control circle activity,the control group was not given quality control circle activity.The qualified rate of security verification implementation and satisfaction rate in two groups was compared. Results Irregularity action of three party security verification in the control group was 39 cases,the qualified rate was 61.0%,there was not irregularity action of three party security verification in the observation group,the qualified rate was 100.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of hospitalized and discharged patient in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of nursing technique,service attitude,health education in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of of quality control circle activity in the operation management of the security check is significant,not only improve the qualified rate of operation security verification,but also enhance the team consciousness of nursing staff involved in nursing management,which can ensure the safety of operation.
