| 摘 要： | 目的 建立一种大黄及其制剂中大黄酸含量测定方法—反相高效液相色谱法。方法 固定相为Spkerisorb C1 8柱 (4 .6 mm× 2 5 0 mm ,5μm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 (6 8.5∶ 31∶ 0 5 )检测波长为 2 5 4 nm。结果 方法线性范围 0 .1～ 1.0μg (r=0 .9993) ,平均回收率为 96 .8 ,RSD=1.13 (n=5 )。结论 该法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好 ,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method of RP HPLC for determining rhein acid in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and its preparations.Methods RP HPLC analysis was carried out on Spherisord C 18 column with the mobile phase of methanol water glacial acetic acid (68.5∶31∶0.5). The detective wavelenth was 254 nm. Results The linear relationship was at the range of 0.1～1.0 μg(r=0.999 3,n=5) and the average recovery was 96.80%,RSD was 1.13%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for the quantitative determination of rhein acid in Sijisanhuang Capsules. |
