使用一次性宫腔组织吸管终止早期妊娠的临床观察

目的探索一种痛苦小,手术时间短,出血量少,相对安全的终止早期妊娠的方法。方法按入站先后顺序将800名早孕妇女随机分为两组。两组年龄、孕次、孕龄、产次差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。400例作为观察组使用一次性宫腔组织吸管手术,400例作为对照组使用常规方法手术,观察术中疼痛、出血量、手术时间、人流综合征、不完全流产率、术后阴道流血情况等。结果观察组和对照组比较,手术无痛、轻痛、中痛、重痛率,人流综合征发生率,出血量,手术时间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组不全流产率及术后阴道流血情况差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论一次性宫腔组织吸管终止早期妊娠,受术者痛苦小,出血少,手术时间短,安全性高,并发症少,是一种较为理想的终止早期妊娠的方法。

Clinical observation of ending early pregnancy by disposable uteroventral tissue sucker

Objective To explore a relatively safe method which can terminate early pregnancy with little pain,less time of operation,and less lose of blood.Methods A total of 800 early pregnant women were randomly classified into two groups according to the order of entering the service station.There was no the statistical difference in age,occupation,gravidity,pregnant weeks and the time of cesarean section between the two groups(P>0.05).One group,as the observational group,made use of disposable uteroventral tissue sucker.The other group was observed as the control group with traditional treatment.All patients were evaluated by some indexes,including intraoperative vas,blood loss,operation time,the rate of syndrome after artificial abortion and incomplete abortion rate,the situation of vaginal bleed after operation etc.Results Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in the rates of pain during operation and syndrome after artificial abortion,blood loss and operational time shown in the observational group(P<0.05).However,the incomplete abortion rates and the situation of vaginal bleed after operation in both groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion To end early pregnancy,the usage of disposable uteroventral tissue sucker is a more ideal process which makes subjects suffer less,bleed less and ensures an operation of shorter time,more safety,as well as less complications.
