布地奈德吸入治疗毛细支气管炎临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法对2010年1月至2011年12月收住的100例毛细支气管炎随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组为50例。2组基本治疗相同,治疗组给予布地奈德雾化吸入;对照组给予地塞米松静脉滴注。比较2组患儿临床症状体征改善情况及住院时间。结果与对照组相比,治疗组患儿咳嗽、气促、喘息、肺部哮鸣音或湿啰音消失时间明显缩短,住院时间减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为82%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论布地奈德吸入治疗毛细支气管炎起效快,效果肯定,缩短住院时间。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of nebulized budesonide inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods The 100 cases of infants with bronchiolitis admitted to this hospital from 2010 January to 2011 December were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The basic therapy of the two groups were the same,The treatment group were treated with nebulized budesonide inhalation;the control group was given intravenous dexamethasone.Clinical symptoms and signs to improve and the time in hospital of two groups of children were compared.Results Compared with control group,the time of cough,wheezing,shortness of breath,pulmonary wheeze or wet rale in the treatment group were reduced.The hospitalization time was shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 96% and 82%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis shows fast action onset,affirmative effect,and shortened time of hospitalization.
