脑血管狭窄的CTA诊断价值(附52例分析)

目的分析CTA在诊断脑动脉狭窄及闭塞中的应用价值。方法 52例行脑部CTA患者,利用图像后处理技术(VR,MIP等)观察分析脑血管情况,探讨脑血管狭窄的易发部位、病变性质。结果发生狭窄部位以大脑后动脉最多(28例),椎动脉及大脑前动脉次之(22例),发生在大脑中动脉的最少。结论脑CTA在脑动脉狭窄诊断中具有定位、定性价值,是比DSA安全的筛查方法;特别是对钙化性斑块的诊断比DSA更优越。

Cerebral artery stenosis diagnostic value of CTA(Analysis of 52 cases)

Objective Analysis the value of CTA in the diagnosis of cerebral artery stenosis and occlusion.Methods 52 patients with brain CTA were collected and analyzed.Theimage processing technologies(VR,MIP,and others) were used to observe and analyze the lesion site and quality of cerebral blood vessels.Cerebrovascular sevsrity divided into normal,mild stenosis,moderate to severe stenosis and occlusion levels according to the degree of stenosis.Results Normal in 13 cases,mild stenosis in 6 cases,severe stenosis in 25 patients,combined occlusion in 6 cases,simply aneurysm occurred in 2 cases,with clinical symptoms and brain CT findings were analyzed.Conclusion Brain CTA had positioning andqualitative value than DSA in the diagnosis of cerebral artery stenosis,especially in the diagnosis of calcified plaque.
