76例恶性胸腔积液局部治疗与联合化疗的疗效分析

目的探讨局部治疗与联合全身化疗对恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法 76例患者分为局部治疗组46例与联合化疗组30例,局部治疗组仅胸腔内注入药物治疗,联合化疗组胸腔注药同时全身化疗。结果局部治疗组药物控制胸腔积液有效率为60.00%,联合化疗组有效率为75.86%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P=0.192)。结论恶性胸腔积液的治疗目前主要还是胸腔内局部用药为主,需对全身治疗的方法作更进一步的研究,全身治疗联合局部治疗方能取得较佳的胸腔积液控制效果。

Local treatment and combined intravenous chemotherapy in 76 cases with malignant pleural effusion

Objective To study the efficacy of local treatment and combined intravenous chemotherapy in malignant pleural effusion.Methods Seventy-six patients were divided into two groups: 46 patients involved in local application group and 30 in combined intravenous chemotherapy group.Results The overall response rate in local application group was 60.00%,while that in combined intravenous chemotherapy group was 75.86%.The difference between two groups was not statistically significant(P=0.192).Conclusion The main therapy in malignant pleural effusion is intracavity local application,and more studies need to be conducted on the way of intravenous chemotherapy to enhance the response rate of the therapy in malignant pleural effusion in patients.
