| 摘 要： | 目的评估加巴喷丁对慢性肾衰竭患者不宁腿综合征(RLS)疗效及能否改善患者睡眠障碍。方法选取15例慢性肾脏病CKD5期不宁腿综合征患者为研究对象,病程(14.27±6.89)月,所有患者每晚睡前口服加巴喷丁300 mg,疗程1个月,根据IRLS评价患者RLS有无改善,并根据PSQI评估治疗后患者睡眠障碍有无改善。结果患者治疗前IRLS评分为(16.60±5.84),治疗1个月后IRLS(11.00±5.07)分,较治疗前明显减轻(P0.05)。治疗前PSQI总分(14.06±2.79),治疗后患者PSQI总分为(9.00±1.41),较治疗前明显改善(P0.05),且治疗前后血清铁蛋白和转铁蛋白饱和度无差别。结论加巴喷丁能明显缓解患者不宁腿症状,并改善患者的睡眠质量,用于治疗不宁腿综合征是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effects of gabapentin on restless legs syndrome(RLS) and improve the sleep quality in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods Fifteen CKD5 patients with RLS were chosen.RLS duration(14.27±6.89)months,all patients were treated with 300mg gabapentin for 4 weeks at night.Patients were rated at scheduled intervals by the index of RLS(IRLS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results Therapeutic effects were already observed at the end of week 4.The total score of IRLS were respectively(16.60±5.84) at the beginning,(11.00±5.07)at the end of week 4.The total score of PSQI were(14.06±2.79) at the beginning,(9.00±1.41) at the end of week 4,and all component were better.Conclusion Gabapentin improves the symptoms in RLS and also sleep quality.Gabapentin is safe for treating RLS,and shows better curative effect. |
