下肢深静脉血栓56例介入综合治疗临床分析

目的评价下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的介入治疗疗效。方法下肢DVT患者56例,予以下腔静脉滤器置入及溶栓(多途径给药)、抗凝、祛聚和对症支持治疗。结果 56例患者均于治疗后2～5 d,下肢肿胀明显消退,出院复查溶栓患者大部分血管再通;出院后随访无致死性肺动脉栓塞和下肢坏死,部分患者出现深静脉血栓形成后综合征。结论介入综合治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效确切。

Analysis of the combined interventional treatment for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the combined interventional treatment for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT).Methods Fifty-six patients of lower extremity DVT underwent inferior vena cava filter placement,and thrombolysis(multi-channel delivery),anticoagulant,cured poly and symptomatic and supportive treatment.Results 2 to 5 days after treatment,lower limb swelling subsided significantly in all patients,and the majority of them received thrombolytic recanalization in their review when discharged from hospital.No fatal pulmonary embolism(PE) or limb necrosis was found in the follow-up after discharge,but deep vein thrombosis syndrome(PTS) appeared in some patients.Conclusion The combined interventional treatment of deep vein thrombosis has curative effect.
