原发性纵隔肿瘤的诊断与外科治疗体会

目的探讨原发性纵隔肿瘤的临床诊断和有效的外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2001年1月至2012年1月住院的116例患有原发性纵隔肿瘤患者的临床资料与所实施的外科手术治疗方式。结果 116例患者中,实施单纯性肿瘤切除术者84例(72.41%),扩大切除术者26例(22.41%),剖胸探查并切除者6例(5.17%)。结论将临床病史、体格检查以及影像学检查进行综合分析,为诊断原发性纵隔肿瘤的重要方法。实施手术治疗是一种快捷、有效的方法,早期诊断后早期实施手术治疗疗效较好。

Diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary mediastinal tumors

Objective To explore the experience of clinical diagnosis and effective surgical treatment of primary mediastinal tumors.Methods The clinical records of 116 cases admitted to our hospital thoracic surgery from January 2001 to January 2012 with cases of primary mediastinal tumors and the implementation of surgical treatment were retrospectively investigated.Results Among 116 patients,the implementation of simple tumor resection was carried out in 84 cases(72.41%),implementation of the expansion of excision in 26 cases(22.41%),implementation of simple surgical exploration in 6 cases(5.17%).Four cases died in surgery,and the mortality rate was 3.45%.Conclusion A comprehensive analysis of the clinical history,physical examination and imaging studies is an important method for the diagnosis of primary mediastinal tumors.Implementation of the surgery is a quick,effective treatment.Early diagnosis and early surgical treatment are preferred.
