左乙拉西坦添加治疗癫痫部分性发作的临床疗效及安全性

目的评价左乙拉西坦添加治疗成人癫痫部分性发作的临床疗效和安全性。方法对52例癫痫部分性发作患者在原用药基础上加用左乙拉西坦治疗24周,以基础期平均每月发作频率与添加治疗24周平均每月发作频率进行比较,观察左乙拉西坦添加治疗癫痫部分性发作的临床疗效,添加治疗前后脑电图的变化,并观察其不良反应。结果左乙拉西坦添加治疗有效,总有效率达67.3%(35/52),完全控制率达30.8%(16/52)。左乙拉西坦添加治疗后脑电图较添加治疗前明显好转(P0.05)。左乙拉西坦添加治疗期38.5%(20/52)患者出现不良反应,主要有嗜睡乏力、头晕、脾气暴燥、易激惹、恶心呕吐、食欲下降等,没有病例因严重不良反应而退出。结论左乙拉西坦添加治疗成人癫痫部分性发作有效,且不良反应轻,耐受性好。对不能完全控制的成人癫痫部分性发作,添加治疗左乙拉西坦可能是一种很好的选择。

The safety and efficiency of levetiracetam as an additive therapy in patients with partial-onset seizures

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of levetiracetam as additive therapy in patients with partial-onset seizures.Methods 52 patients were administrated levetiracetam as additive treatment combination with basic drugs for 24 wk.The safety and efficiency were evaluated after 24 wk.Results In the 52 patients,35 patients had good therapeutic effect,the total effective rate was 67.3%(35/52),the seizure free was 30.8 %(16/52).Adverse reactions occurred in 20 patients(38.5%).Somnolence,mood upset,dizziness and gastro-intestinal disfunction were the commonly seen symptoms..No patients withdraw the study due to serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Levetiracetam is a new anti-epileptic drug of mild adverse reaction,which ought to be a beneficial choice for adult patients with partial-onset seizures.
