外科外伤性小肠破裂39例临床诊治分析

目的探讨外伤性小肠破裂的早期诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2008年5月至2011年12月间收治的39例外伤性小肠破裂患者的临床资料。结果本组39例外伤性小肠破裂患者均经手术治疗确诊。其中单纯修补21例,小肠部分切除18例;39例中治愈38例,1例死亡;术后并发切口感染7例,切口裂开1例,腹腔残余脓肿3例,粘连性肠梗阻7例。结论对外伤性小肠破裂的早期诊断和及时手术是提高治愈率、降低病死率的关键。

Diagnosis and treatment of traumatic intestinal rupture: report of 39 cases

Objective To investigate the experience of diagnosis and treatment of traumatic intestinal rupture.Methods The clinical data of 39 patients with traumatic intestinal rupture from May 2008 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All 39 cases of traumatic intestinal rupture were diagnosed surgically.21 cases were subjected to simple repair and 18 cases to partial intestine resection.38 cases were cured and 1 case dead,7 cases were complicated with incisional infection,1 case with disruption of wound,3 cases with peritoneal abscess and 7 cases with adhesive intestinal obstruction.Conclusion Early diagnosis and prompt operation are the keys to increase the cure rate and to reduce mortality of traumatic intestinal rupture.
