武汉市女性乳腺癌生活事件调查

目的研究生活事件与女性乳腺癌发病的关系。方法采用1：1配对的病例-对照研究法，对150例女性乳腺癌患者及与之相配的健康女性分别进行问卷调查。结果40-49年龄组、本科以上学历组、脑力劳动组在病例中所占比例高。病例组中的负性生活事件高于对照组。结论年龄、文化程度、职业、负性生活事件与女性乳腺癌有关。

Investigation on the Life Events of the Female Patients with Breast Cancer in Wuhan City

Objective To study the relationship between the life events and the breast cancer of female.Methods 1:1 case-control matched study.150 female patients were investigated as case group,and 150 matched healthy females were investigated as control group.Each case or control group was structured respectively interview.Results The proportion was high in the groups of the case group,such as: aged 40~ years,taken college education,be engaged in mental power.The negative life events in the case group were more than the control group.Conclusions Certain factors such as age and the degree of education or labor as well negative life events correlate with the breast cancer of female.
