| 摘 要： | 目的 评价单次注射喷昔洛韦在健康志愿者中的安全性和耐受性。方法 选择27名20~40岁健康志愿者,随机分配至4个剂量组,观察志愿者临床体征及各种生化指标。结果 在单次注射125,250,375和500 mg喷昔洛韦时,用药后24,72 h受试者的体征及实验室检查结果与给药前比较没有显著性差异。结论 受试者对喷昔洛韦具有很好的耐受性,推荐临床剂量1次 125 ~ 500 mg 可以接受。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the safety and toleration of penciclovir in healthyvolunteers. Methods The healthy subjects aged 20~40 years were screened to ensurethat 27 subjects completed the study and were allocated to group of different dose,then the clinical symptoms, vital sign and laboratory tests were observed pre-doseand pro-dose .Results Single oral taking 125, 250 ,375 and 500 mg of penciclovir didnot affect the vital signs of the subjects. There were no abnormal changes in thelaboratory examinations pre dosing and 24 and 72h after administration. ConlusionThe results suggested that the tolerence of penciclovir is good, and 125 to 500 mgof penciclovir at a time recommended for clinical use is acceptable. |
