电视胸腔镜肺手术4例

４例肺切除术均在胸腔镜下使用各种内窥镜手术器械完成。术中采用Ｒｏｅｄｅｒ结套扎肺组织或创用Ｒｕｍｅｌ止血器锁紧肺根部、腔镜下缝合肺残端创面等方法处理病肺。结果表明，肺残端结扎线牢固，不会因肺复张而滑脱，术后恢复良好，证实该术式简便、安全、有效，并有较大的临床应用价值。

The Clinical Experience with Pulmonary Resection under Thoracoscope with TV. Report of 4 Cases

We have performed 4 pulmonary resections with several kinds of endoscopic instrument under thoracoscope (in these operations). The diseased lung tissues were serially ligated with the Roeders knot and the hilum of the lung tightly locked with a Rumel's hemostat. The raw surface of the resected lung was sutured. The results showed that the residual end of the lung was tightly and firmly ligated with sutures which can not possibly become loose when the lung reexpands. Patients recovered well postoperatively. It was confirmed that this approach is easy, safe. effective and is of great clinical value.
