| 摘 要： | 目的探讨"阳虚哮喘敷贴方"穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘缓解期患者免疫功能的影响。方法三伏天对62例患者采用本方进行穴位敷贴,每周两次,共3个月。观察患者治疗前后外周血T细胞、Th细胞、Ts细胞、Th/Ts、B细胞、NK细胞、CD4+CD8+T细胞比率,以及血清IgG、IgA、IgE、IgM含量。结果经治疗后外周血T细胞、Th/Ts比值提高,Ts细胞下降,B细胞明显下降,IgE含量明显降低,IgG、IgM含量升高,CD4+CD8+阳性细胞增多,有显著性差异。结论 "阳虚哮喘敷贴方"穴位贴敷对支气管哮喘具有较好的免疫调节作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of application recipe for asthma with insufficiency of yang on immunologic function of asthmatic in stable phase.Methods:62 patients were treated in the three periods of the hot season for 3 months,two times one week.The indices of peripheral T cells,Th cells,Ts cells,Th cells/Ts cells,B cells,NK cells,CD4+ T cells/CD8+ T cells and IgG,IgA,IgE,IgM were examined before and after treatment.Results:After 3 months therapy,these indices such as peripheral T cells,Th/Ts ratio,IgG、IgM and CD4+ T cells/CD8+ T cells were improved.Meanwhile,these indices such as Ts cells,B cells and IgE were lowered.There was a statistical difference before and after treatment.Conclusion:Application recipe for asthma with insufficiency of yang can take good immunoregulatory effect on asthma. |
