补肾活血化痰方治疗急性期脑出血临床研究

目的观察应用补肾活血化痰方疗急性期脑出血的疗效。方法将90例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均为45例,两组患者均采用常规基础治疗,治疗组从发病开始加用补肾活血化痰方口服。于治疗前及治疗后7、14、28 d对血肿体积、血肿周围水肿体积进行检测,在治疗前及治疗后28、90 d不同时间进行NIHSS评分、BI评分。结果 头颅CT显示治疗组在应用补肾活血化痰方后血肿体积、水肿体积明显减小,与对照组相比较有显著差异;患者NIHSS评分、BI明显改善,与对照组比较有显著差异。结论脑出血患者早期使用补肾活血化痰方能够缩小血肿体积、减小血肿周围水肿体积,促进神经功能恢复,提高患者的独立生活能力,从而改善患者预后。

Clinical Study of Bushenhuoxuehuatan Decoction on Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushenhuoxuehuatan Decoction on patients suffered from acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:90 cases of cerebral hemorhage were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given the general therapy.The treatment group was given the Bushenhuoxuehuatan Decoction besides the general therapy.The volume of the hematoma and that of the peri-hematomal edema were detected before therapy and the 7 th,the 14 th and the 28 th day after treatment.The NIHSS score and the BI score were evaluated before and after treatment 28 days and 90 days.Results:From the head CT,the volume of the hematoma and that of the peri-hematomal edema were decreased obviously in the treatment group.There were some remarkable differences between 2 groups including the hematoma volume,the peri-hematomal edema volume,the NIHSS score and the BI score.Conclusion:Bushenhuoxuehuatan Decoction could reduce the hematoma volume and the edema around the hematoma.It can protect neurons function,promote recovery of neurological function and improve the patient’s capacity for independent living.
