| 摘 要： | 目的 :应用免疫组化方法研究喉癌标本中 4种热休克蛋白 (HSP90、HSP70、HSP60、HSP2 7)的表达 ,探讨其与喉癌转移及其恶性度的相关性。方法 :通过 4种 HSP单克隆抗体检测喉癌中 4种 HSP的表达应用免疫组化 sp法进行检测 ,常规 DAB染色观察 4种 HSP的表达特点。结果 :喉癌中几种 HSP均有不同程度表达 ,其中以 HSP60最强 ;转移性喉癌中除 HSP60外 ,均为阴性或弱阳性表达。结论 :HSP2 7、HSP70、HSP90表达减弱和喉癌转移可能有一定关系

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the expression of HSPs (HSP90,HSP70,HSP60,HSP27) in laryngeal carcinoma and to discuss the relation bewteen HSP and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.Methods:The expression of HSPs in 10 specimens of squamous cell carcinoma of larynx was examined immunohistochemically.Results:HSP60 was strongly expressed in all carcinoma of larynx and HSP27,70,90 were expressed negatively or less positively in carcinoma of larynx with lymph-node metastasis.Conclusion:The results suggest that HSP27,70,90 may play an important role in the tendency of lymph-node metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. |
