肝细胞癌的CT检查与诊断(附90例分析)

目的:探讨肝细胞癌的CT检查与诊断。材料与方法:90例肝细胞癌均进行CT平扫及增强,对其CT表现,肿块大小,数目与分布,特别是CT增强特点进行分析总结,并结合临床表现、病史及实验室检查(AFP),给出正确CT诊断。结果:肝细胞癌在CT扫描上表现为单发和多发肿块,形态为类圆形或不规则形肿块,增强扫描时绝大多数肿块表现为造影剂"快进快出"特点,少血供肝细胞癌在CT平扫及增强扫描上均表现为低密度肿块。

Computed Tomography(CT)Examination and Diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma(90 cases analysis)

Purpose：To disscuss the CT examination and dignosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Materials and Methods：Ninety patients with final diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma were studied.All the patients were examined by unenhanced and contrast-enhanced CT,and summarized the CT images including lesion sice、number、location,especially the features of enhanced ct images,and to made a correct diagnosis combine together clinical features,history and laboratory test（etc.AFP）.Results：CT images of hepatocellular carcinoma were displayed single and multiple tumors,the shape were similar round and irregular tumors.On enhanced CT,the majority of tumors presented with contrast ＂quickly in ang out＂,the hepatocellular carcinoma of low-blood supply displayed low-density masse on enhanced and unenhaned CT scanning.
