2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂和相关蛋白检测的临床意义

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖（GLU）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）测定指标相互关系的临床应用。方法应用日立7600全自动生化分析仪分别测定150例（含老年组100例、中年组50例）2型糖尿病患者的GLU、HbA1c、TC、TG、HDL-C与LDL—C的含量，同时与120例正常对照组检测结果进行比较。结果两组2型糖尿病患者中的GLU、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C均明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01），而HDL-C较正常对照组稍低（P〉0．05）；中年组的HbA1c、TG与老年组的有较显著差异（HbA1c的P〈0．01，TG的P〈0．05）。结论2型糖尿病患者的GLU、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C与正常健康人的检测结果有显著性差异，而且GLU、HbA1c、TC、LDL-C相互之间呈正相关，GLU还与HDL-C呈正相关。联合测定GLU、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C与HDL-C对糖尿病的诊断治疗、预防并发症等有较高的临床应用价值。

Significance of detection of GLU,HbA1c and blood lipid in type 2 diabetes patients

Objective To investigate the clinical signigicance of determination of levels of GLU,HbA1c and blood lipid （ including TC,TG, HDL-C and LDL-C） in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to determine the serum levels of GLU, HbA1c, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in 150 patients with type 2 diabetes and the results were comparing with 120 healthy controls. Results The serum levels of GLU, HbA1c, TC, TG, and LDL-C in above-mentioned patients were significantly higher than those of healthy controls （P〈0.01）. And the levels of HDL-C were lower than healthy controls. Conclusion There are significant differences in levels of GLU, HbA1c, TC, TG, LDL-C Type 2 diabetes patients as compared with that of the normal healthy controls. Joint determination of levels of GLU, HbA1c,TC、TG、LDL-C 与 HDL-C in type 2 diabetes patients is valuable for diagnosis, treatment and management of complications of patients.
