超声引导介入治疗甲状腺囊性占位性病变

目的探讨超声引导下无水乙醇介入治疗甲状腺良性囊性占位性病变的临床疗效。方法25例甲状腺良性囊性占位性病变在超声引导下穿刺，无水乙醇硬化治疗，术后随访3～12个月。结果25例患者接受无水乙醇介入硬化治疗28次。术后3、6、12个月随访，有效率分别为72．0％、88．0％和100％，临床治愈率分别为24．0％、56．0％和88．0％；其中3例进行第2次介入治疗后效果满意。结论超声引导无水乙醇介入治疗甲状腺良性囊性占位性病变近期疗效高，安全、不良反应少。

Ultrasound-guided interventional treatment of cystic lesions of thyroid

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided percutaneous ethanol injection therapy on benign cystic lesions of thyroid. Methods A total of 25 patients with benign thyroid cystic lesions were treated with ethanol injection under ultrasound-guided puncture. All patients were followed by for 3-12 months. Results Ultrasound-guided percutaneous ethanol injection therapy was performed 28 times in 25 patients with benign thyroid cystic lesions. The efficiency rate at 3, 6 and 12 months post injection was 72.0%, 88.0% and 100%, and the clinical recovery rates was 24.0%, 56.0% and 88.0%, respectively. Secondary time puncture treatment was necessary for 3 patients. Conclusion Percutaneous ultrasound-guided ethanol injection therapy is a safe and effective method of benign thyroid benign cystic lesions.
