| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCTA)血管成像最佳重建技术在主动脉夹层诊断中的价值.方法:对40例患者行薄层增强容积扫描,应用曲面重建(CPR)技术和容积再现(VR)技术,进行后处理.所有病例均经手术和DSA证实.结果: CPR可清晰显示夹层动脉瘤的全程.可显示真假腔与腔内开口,并正确分型;VR可显示瘤体的大小轮廓,显示血管主干及内膜走行.结论:CPR和VR技术对胸、腹主动脉的结构及病变显示清晰,对主动脉夹层有较高的诊断价值.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSXT) in the diagnosis of aortic dissection. Methods: Forty patients were performed enhanced volume scan, the post-procession including curved planar reformation (CPR) and volume rendering (VR) techniques. Results: CPR dipicted the whole-view of the aortic dissection clearly. It also could distincted the true and false cavity as well as the open of the aortic dissection,and further grade correctly. VR demonstrat the characteristic of aneurysm. The truck and the trace of inter-membrane of the aortic artery were revealed. Conclusion:VR can show clearly the anatomic structure and pathologic morphologic of aorta. MSCTA can be of great value in diagnosis of aortic dissection. |
