| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨婴儿肝炎综合征（IHS）的病因、临床表现、治疗及预后。方法：对确诊为婴儿肝炎综合征的90例病例资料及临床观察结果和随访进行回顾性分析。结果：痛原学检查巨细胞包涵体病毒（CMV）感染最多见，占52．22％，其次是乙型肝炎病毒、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等。结论：CMV、HBV、葡萄球菌感染是婴儿肝炎综合征的主要病因，对母孕期CMV、HBV感染的治疗和预防是阻断IHS的有效途径，早发现、早诊断及早治疗IHS是避免发生严重并发症、降低死亡率和减轻后遗症的关键措施之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the relations between the cause of infant hepatitis syndrome and clinical manifestation and treatment and prognosis.Methods:90 cases with infant hepatitis syndrome were clinically analyzed and follow-up survey was carried out.Results:Virus infection,especially cytomegalovirus infection(52.22%)played a key role and secondly,the infections of hepatitis B virus,golden staphylococcus and colon bac-illus.Conclusions:Most of hepatitis syndrome was caused by cytomegalovirus,hepatitis B virus and golden staphylococcus,and early diagnosis and treatment are helpful in decreasing the mortality,preventing hepatic complications and lessening sequelae. |
