| 摘 要： | 目的探讨长期住院精神分裂症患者社会功能现状及相关因素.方法对55例住院精神分裂症患者进行社会功能评定,并做相关分析.结果本组病例社会功能缺损严重,精神残疾者达88.5%,社会功能现状与阴性症状、智能、病程、疗效等因素相关(P<0.05).结论本组病例社会功能缺陷受多种因素影响,改善的关键在于治疗和缓解其阴性症状.

| Abstract: | objectives: To explore the social fun ction and correlative factors for long-term hospitalized schizophrenia. Methods: Evaluating the socia function and correlative factors for 55 cases of schizo p hrenic patients and making a correlative analysis. Results: All patients had social dysfunction and 88.5 % of them had mental disable ment.Social functions had correlation with negative symptoms, course of illness, curative effect and so on. Conclusion: Social dysfunction of th ose patients had correlation with many factors. We should pay attention to impro ve their negative symptoms. |
