大胆探索 多管齐下推进中药现代化

加入世贸组织，为我国中药进入国际市场带来了机遇，同时，大量的天然药物和洋中药也将通畅地进入我国市场，给我国中药产业带来压力和考验。以往我们说的发挥中医药优势，是要把中医药基本理论知识作为指导，服务于中药的发展和现代化，而不应该成为框框，束缚探索和创新。本文就植物提取物和免煎中药饮片还是不是中药，算不算中药现代化的方向这类有争议的问题作了深入的分析和阐述，作者从国家产业发展战略的角度，提出中药提取物的标准化规模化生产，是中药现代化的重要环节等指导性观点，应该得到我们重视。本文提出的未来中成药制剂的生产可以从市场购得中药中间体来完成的设想，开拓了我们的创新思路。

Exploring Boldly,and Taking Various Measures at One Time,to Facilitate theModernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Entrance to WTO not only to bring opportunities for the TCM entering into the international market, but also to let large amount of natural medicine and foreign TCM entering into Chinese market favorably, and brings great pressure and ordeal to the TCM eaterpuises. In ordeal to take advantage of TCM, Weshonld use the basic theoutical knowledge as a guide serve for the development and modernization of TCM, but not as a restriction to obstruct the exploration and creation in TCM. The paper analyzes fully the argunart whether or not the plant extract and the decocting -- free traditional Chinese medicinal slices are traditional Chinese medicine and the trend of modernization of TCM. It puts forward that the standardization and production on a larger scale are the important chain of the modernization of TCM. The assumption brought forward in the paper that the product of traditional Chinese patent medicine in the future could be manufactured through the intermediate of TCM purchased from the market widen the way of our creative thinking.
