开放胫骨远端骨折手术治疗

目的探讨开放胫骨远端骨折手术治疗临床疗效。方法自2005年4月-2008年5月治疗开放胫骨远端骨折19例，行一期外固定架及有限切开内固定治疗。结果经10-25个月，平均17个月随访，伤口一期愈合，所有患者获骨性愈合。根据Mazur踝关节评分标准，优14例，良3例，优良率89.47％。结论外固定架结合有限切开内固定治疗开放胫骨远端骨折，操作简单，软组织并发症少，固定牢固，疗效可靠。

Surgical treatment of open distal tibia fracture.

Objective To assess the effect of surgical treatment for open distal tibia fracture. Methods Nineteen pa- tients with open distal tibia fracture were treated with external fixator and limited internal fixation from April 2005 to May 2008. Results All patients were followed-up from 10 to 25 months （mean 17 months）. All wounds were healed and all frac- tures obtained bone union. The function was excellent in 14 cases and good in 3 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 89.47% according to the Mazur scores of system of ankle. Conclusion External fixator and limited internal fixation for open distal tibia fracture have some advantages such as simple operation, few postoperative complications of soft-tissure, and reliable fixation and effect.
